Expo92.pk – Online Marketplace

By accessing or using Expo92.pk (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. INTRODUCTION

Expo92.pk (“Expo92.pk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a Pakistan-based online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers. Expo92.pk acts solely as a technology and facilitation platform and is not the seller or manufacturer of products unless explicitly stated.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Role of Expo92.pk

  • Provides an online platform for listing, discovery, ordering, and communication
  • Facilitates payments and logistics through third-party service providers
  • May monitor activity to ensure policy compliance

Expo92.pk does not:

  • Own, manufacture, store, or inspect listed products
  • Guarantee product quality, legality, or accuracy of listings
  • Act as a party to the sales contract between buyer and seller

2.2 Role of Sellers

  • Sellers are solely responsible for:
    • Product authenticity, quality, pricing, and descriptions
    • Legal compliance of products under Pakistani law
    • Order fulfillment, warranties, and after-sales obligations

2.3 Role of Buyers

  • Buyers enter into a direct contract with sellers
  • Buyers must review listings carefully before purchasing

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • Users must be 18 years or older or use the Platform under legal guardian supervision
  • Account information must be accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Expo92.pk may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected

4. PLATFORM USAGE RULES

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts
  • Manipulate prices, reviews, ratings, or transactions
  • Attempt unauthorized access or introduce malware
  • Conduct or redirect transactions outside Expo92.pk

All transactions initiated on Expo92.pk must be completed within the Platform.

5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

The following are strictly prohibited on Expo92.pk:

  • Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives
  • Narcotics, alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances
  • Pornographic, obscene, or blasphemous content
  • Products violating intellectual property rights
  • Items banned under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Expo92.pk reserves the right to remove listings and suspend sellers without notice.

6. ORDERS & TRANSACTIONS

  • Product listings are offers by sellers
  • An order is accepted once dispatched by the seller
  • Expo92.pk is not responsible for seller delays or cancellations
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
  • Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Expo92.pk may suspend or terminate any account if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • Legal or regulatory requirements demand action

Suspension may include:

  • Account restriction
  • Order cancellation
  • Content removal
  • Permanent termination

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content, including logos, text, software, and design, belongs to Expo92.pk or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or exploitation is prohibited.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

By submitting reviews, comments, or content:

  • You grant Expo92.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it
  • You confirm the content is lawful and accurate
  • Expo92.pk may remove content at its discretion

10. DISCLAIMER

  • Expo92.pk provides the Platform “as is”
  • We make no warranties regarding:
    • Product quality
    • Seller performance
    • Accuracy of listings
  • Expo92.pk does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Expo92.pk shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
    • Seller misconduct or product defects

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expo92.pk, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Breach of law or third-party rights

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Expo92.pk is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, or regulatory actions.

14. AMENDMENTS

Expo92.pk may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
